PM Chapter Lead
- Leading a chapter of 7 PMs across teams covering Java/Integration, Frontend, Promotions, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, App, and E-commerce — each team running its own roadmap.
- Brought the Casino iGaming Platform and Casino App to production, working closely with several PMs and teams through every stage of delivery.
- Dependency mapping across a tightly coupled architecture was the critical bottleneck early on — resolved it as a prerequisite to getting any reliable release cadence in place.
- Introduced product discovery practices and quarterly planning across 7 concurrent teams, most of which had not operated that way before.
Program Management Chapter Lead
- Built and led a PM chapter of 5 — responsible for hiring, career development, and defining the delivery standards the department operated by.
- As a PM I Ran a concurrent portfolio of enterprise programs: Kubernetes platform implementation, Salesforce CRM rollout, Medallia CX deployment, Data Warehouse, Fund Management System, and regulatory compliance initiatives — mostly in parallel.
- No structured way existed to measure PM chapter performance, so built one: ClickUp API for data extraction, Apache NiFi for processing, Oracle for storage, Power BI for reporting. Used for quarterly KPI reviews across the chapter.
- Owned vendor evaluation, RFP documentation, and go-live coordination across several of the larger programs — Salesforce and Kubernetes each required sustained external dependency management.
Business Analyst
- Mapped security tooling requirements across MDM, SIEM, and DLP from scratch. Led the RFP and ran PoC evaluations off the back of that work.
- Conducted a GDPR compliance gap analysis and coordinated remediation across legal, product, and engineering.
- Built Jira and Confluence automations for the PMO department — reduced manual reporting overhead and standardised how the team tracked delivery.
Business Analyst / Product Owner
- Worked as BA and Product Owner on mobile applications — writing specifications, collaborating with developers, and managing iterative releases.
- Delivered the Toyota Caucasus Data Warehouse: defined the data architecture, mapped source systems with the client's team, and built a reporting layer that aligned with what the business actually needed.
- Two-year role spanning clients in financial services, automotive, and retail — wrote a lot of functional specifications and learned early what makes requirements useful versus what just looks thorough.
